Сегодня мы приготовим замечательное блюдо, ставшее практически интернациональным. Мясо по-французски, запеченное в духовке без картофеля, но – с помидором, сыром и домашним майонезом.

Ингредиенты
- 1 кг Свинины шейный карбонад
- 2 шт Помидоров
- 300 г Сыра твердых сортов
- 200 мл Майонеза домашнего
- 1 шт Лука репчатого
- Соли по вкусу
- Перца черного молотого по вкусу
- Масла растительного для смазки противня
Порции: порций
Инструкции
- Свинину моем, просушиваем и разрезаем на шесть порционных кусков. Слегка отбиваем и делаем небольшие надрезы.
- Солим, перчим со всех сторон.
- Помидор нарезаем колечками (чтобы получилось 6 толстых колечек или 12 тонких)
- Лук шинкуем полукольцами.
- Сыр трем на крупной терке.
- Духовку разогреваем до 180ºС.
- Противень смазываем маслом и выкладываем на него кусочки свинины.
- Каждый кусочек смазываем домашним майонезом.
- Выкладываем сверху лук и кружки помидор. Обильно посыпаем каждый кусок тертым сыром.
- Отправляем в духовку запекаться на 30 минут. Затем духовку выключаем и держим там мясо ещё минут 15.
- Вынимаем готовое блюдо, выкладываем в порционные тарелки, украшаем зеленью и подаем к столу. Приятного аппетита!
