Создан по мотивам Хорватской кухни (точнее – прибрежной её части) и адаптирован к правилам Кремлёвки.

Ингредиенты
- 2 шт Языка отварного свиного
- 3 шт Яиц отвырных
- 100 г Орехов грецких очищенных
- 2 шт Огурцов (один для украшения)
- 4 ст. л. Майонеза домашнего
- 1 ст.л. Сметаны
- 200 г Зеленого лука (перо)
- Соли по вкусу
- Перца черного молотого по вкусу
- Зелени для украшения
Порции: порции
Инструкции
- Язык и огурец порезать кубиками.
- Яйца и половину лука мелко нашинковать.
- Орехи поджарить на сухой сковороде, растолочь в ступе не очень мелко.
- Все ингредиенты смешать в миске. Посолить, поперчить. Добавить майонез, сметану. Перемешать.
- Выложить на сервировочную тарелку и сформировать "бочонок".
- Украсить второй половиной зелёного лука, нарезанным пластинками огурцом, зеленью и подавать к столу. Приятного аппетита!
