Замечательное, нежное и ароматное блюдо! Курица под соусом может быть приготовлена как из окорочков, так и из цельной тушки, разделанной на порционные куски.

Ингредиенты
- 1 кг Кур
- 250 мл Греческого йогурта (можно заменить сметаной)
- 3 зубчика Чеснока
- 1 ст. л. Лимонного сока
- 1 ч. л. Паприки
- 1 пучок Петрушки
- Перца черного молотого по вкусу
- Соли по вкусу
- Масла растительного для жарски
Порции: порций
Инструкции
- Окорочка режем пополам (тушку - на порционные куски).
- В глубокой миске соединяем йогурт, нашинкованную петрушку, измельченный чеснок, лимонный сок, специи. Солим и перемешиваем.
- Выкладываем в этот соус куски курицы и отправляем в холодильник часа на два.
- Духовку разогреваем до 200ºС.
- Противень с высокими бортами смазываем маслом и выкладываем промариновашиеся кусочки курицы.
- Отправляем в духовку и запекаем 30-40 минут (в зависимости от размеров кусочков)
- Затем достаем из духовки готовое блюдо, выкладываем на сервировочные тарелки и подаем к столу. Приятного аппетита!
