Ингредиенты
- 2 шт Камбала грамм по 300-400 каждая
- 100 г Лука-порей
- 8 шт Черри
- 2 ст. л. Каперсов
- 2 ч. л. Специй (приправа для рыбы)
- 50 г Масла сливочного
- Соли по вкусу
- Перца черного молотого по вкусу
- Масла растительного для жарки
- Оливок по желанию
Порции: порции
Инструкции
- Моем, чистим и потрошим нашу камбалу. Отрезаем голову и и плавники.
- Солим, перчим. Натираем специями.
- Шинкуем лук наискосок и обжариваем его немного.
- Черри разрезаем пополам.
- Разогреваем духовку до 180ºС.
- Противень смазываем маслом
- Выкладываем на него камбалу. На неё: обжаренный лук, черри, каперсы, оливки.
- Сбрызгиваем растительным маслом и отправляем в духовку запекаться на 25-30 минут.
- По истечении времени, готовую камбалу выкладываем на сервировочное блюдо, поливаем растопленным сливочным маслом, украшаем зеленью и подаем к столу. Приятного аппетита!
