Нет ничего лучше, чем Шницель в духовке! Это само собой разумеется… Однако бывают случаи, когда идеальная прожарка не всегда получается. И поэтому мы хотим поделиться нашими советами о том, как приготовить замечательный стейк по-баварски!

Ингредиенты
- 600 г Свинины (шейный карбонад)
- 4 ст. л. Миндальной муки или пшеничной
- 100 г Сыра твердых сортов
- 2 шт Яиц
- 2 ч. л. Хрен -натертый на мелкой терке
- 4 ч. л. Дижонской горчицы или обычной
- 50 мл Масла растительного
- Орехов мускатных измельченных - по вкусу
- Перца черного молотого По вкусу
- Соли По вкусу
- Зелени для украшения
Порции: порции
Инструкции
- Мясо моем и нарезаем на стейки. Слегка отбиваем.
- Солим, перчим, присыпаем мускатным орехом. С одной стороны каждый стейк намазываем горчицей, а с другой - хреном. Пусть полежат минут 15.
- В одну мисочку насыпаем муку, в другую вбиваем яйца и "разбалтываем" их вилочкой.
- Сковороду разогреваем и вливаем масло. Каждый стейк окунаем в яйцо, а затем обваливаем в муке. И сразу - на сковороду. Обжариваем с каждой стороны по 3 минуты на максимальном огне.
- Духовку разогреваем до 190ºС.
- Противень смазываем маслом и выкладываем на него отбивные. Посыпаем натертым на крупной терке сыром и отправляем в духовку на 15-20 минут, пока сыр не зарумянится.
- Выкладываем готовое блюдо на сервировочные тарелки, украшаем зеленью и подаем к столу. Приятного аппетита!
