Ингредиенты
- 500 г Мясного фарша свиного (или свинина, прокрученная на мясорубке)
- 1 кочан Капусты квашеной
- 300 г Капусты квашеной
- 100 г Сала копченого
- 2 шт Свиные ножки копченые
- 3 зубчика Чеснока
- 2 шт Лука репчатого
- 2 шт Яиц
- 100 г Бекона
- 100 г Майонеза домашнего
- 300 г Сметаны
- 1/2 ст. л. Мука
- Паприки по вкусу
- Перца черного молотого по вкусу
- Соли по вкусу
- Зелени для украшения
- Масла растительного для жарки

Инструкции
- Чеснок перетереть с солью.
- Сало нарезать кубиками.
- Одну луковицу нашинковать мелко.
- В глубокой миске соединить: чеснок с солью, фарш, сало, лук, яйца. Добавить паприку и перец. Всё тщательно вымешать.
- Взять кочан квашеной капусты и проложить фарш между листьями, плотненько прижимая их друг к другу.
- В глубокую толстостенную кастрюлю или большой глиняный горшок плеснуть чуть-чуть масла и выложить на дно половину шинкованной квашеной капусты.
- На неё уместить фаршированный кочан, а по бокам - свиные ножки.
- Сверху закрыть пластинками бекона и второй половиной квашеной капусты. Влить 1-2 стакана воды. Закрыть крышкой и отправить в разогретую до 190°С духовку на полтора часа.
- Затем снять крышку с кастрюли, смазать верх кочана майонезом и запекать ещё пол-часа.
- По истечении времени, вынуть кастрюлю из духовки. Кочан и ножки аккуратно переложить на сервировочное блюдо, а капусту со дна и образовавшийся сок - перелить в небольшую кастрюльку.
- Вторую луковицу мелко нашинковать и обжарить до золотистого цвета. Добавить в сковородку муку, слегка обжарить всё вместе. Выложить в кастрюльку с капустой.
- Добавить паприку, перец. Если необходимо, подсолите. Довести до кипения и потомить на минимальном огне пару минут. Затем выложить подливку на сервировочное блюдо к фаршированному кочану, украсить зеленью и подавать к столу. Приятного аппетита!
