Простой шоколадный мусс удивителен сам по себе. Но если Вы ищете разнообразия, добавьте порошок лакрицы, цедру апельсина или мяту. Либо, если Вы не возражаете против алкоголя в своей кулинарии, попробуйте добавить бурбон или виски. Все приправы должны быть смешаны с яйцами прежде, чем соединить их со сливками.

Ингредиенты
- 300 мл Взбитых сливок не менее 30%
- 2 шт Яичные желтки
- 2 г Ванилина
- 90 г Шоколада 80% какао
- Соли совсем чуть-чуть
Порции: порций
Инструкции
- Разломайте или нарежьте шоколад на маленькие части. Растопите его в микроволновой печи или используя пароварку. Отложите, пусть остынет при комнатной температуре.
- Взбейте сливки до мягких пиков. Добавьте в конце ваниль.
- Яичные желтки взбейте с солью.
- Соедините шоколад и желтки. Ещё раз взбейте немного.
- Добавьте несколько ложек взбитых сливок к шоколадному соединению и размешивайте ложкой или миксером на малых оборотах.
- Добавьте оставшиеся сливки и взбейте полминуты на максимальных оборотах.
- Разложите в бокалы, креманки или другую посуду по Вашему выбору. Поместите в холодильник на пару часов.
- Подавайте к столу, украсив свежими ягодами. Приятного аппетита!
