Мы хотим показать, как можно использовать традиционные ингредиенты в нетрадиционном сочетании. Супер влажный, полный шоколада и тыквы вкус!

Ингредиенты
- 1 стакан Миндальной муки или пшеничной (кто не на диете), 120 г.
- 3 ст. л. Семян льна 65г.
- 1/2 стакана Какао-порошка 55г.
- 2 ч. л. Пудра Swerve (или сахара 2 ст. л. тем, кто не на диете)
- 1 ч. л. Разрыхлителя
- 1/2 ч. л. Соды
- 3 ч. л. Приправа для тыквенного пирога
- Соли По вкусу
- 6 шт. Яиц
- 400 г Тыквенная паста
- 100 г Масла сливочного размягченного
- 1 ч. л. Кленовый сироп
- 20 г Семечек тыквы сырых очищенных
- 10 г Шоколада 85%, натертый на терке
Порции: порций
Инструкции
- Разогрейте духовку до 190ºС.
- Смешайте первые 8 ингредиентов. Отложите.
- Тыквенную пасту и яйца взбейте миксером 2 минуты. Добавьте масло и сироп, взбейте до пышности.
- Затем введите половину сухих ингредиентов и взбивайте 1 минуту. Добавьте остальную сухую смесь и перемешайте до однородной массы.
- Форму для выпечки хлеба выложите пергаментной бумагой и вылейте в нее тесто. Посыпьте семечками. Выпекайте в течение 50-60 минут, или пока зубочистка, помещенная в центр, не выходит сухая.
- Затем дайте остыть в течение 15 минут и выложите на сервировочное блюдо. Посыпьте шоколадом и подавайте к столу. Приятного аппетита!
