- 250 г Творога
- 50 г Масла сливочного
- 200 г Кокосовой стружки
- 16 шт Орехов Миндаль
- Сахарозаменителя по вкусу (или сахар тем, кто не на диете)
Порции: порций
Инструкции
- Соедините в миске творог, измельченный в пудру сахарозаменитель (или сахар), размягченное масло и взбейте миксером до пышности.
- Добавьте 2/3 кокосовой стружки и перемешайте.
- Сформируйте 16 шариков и поместите в каждый по ореху.
- Обваляйте каждую "конфету" в кокосовой стружке и поместите в холодильник на час.
- Выложите на сервировочное блюдо и подавайте к чаю. Приятного аппетита!
