Тефтели в грибном соусе – это восхитительное сочетание дивного мясного аромата и тонкой грибной нотки вкуса! Возможно ли устоять? Конечно, нет! Итак,

Ингредиенты
- 1 кг Мясного фарша "домашний" 50% свинина и 50% говядина
- 0,5 кг Грибов лесных или шампиньонов
- 1 шт Лука репчатого
- 1 шт Яиц
- 100 мл Сливок 10%
- 1/2 стакана Бульона
- 1 ч. л. Базилика
- 1/2 пучка Петрушки
- Перца черного молотого по вкусу
- Соли по вкусу
- Масла растительного для жарки
Порции: порции
Инструкции
- Мясной фарш выложим в глубокую миску и добавим к нему: мелко порубленную петрушку. Затем вбиваем яйцо. Прибавляем сливки. Солим и перчим, добавляем базилик и нашинкованную половину луковицы.
- Очень тщательно вымешать. Рекомендую для большей "нежности" фрикаделек фарш отбить.
- Сформировать из получившейся смеси шарики.
- Сковородку разогреть, влить масло и обжарить фрикадельки на сильном огне до румяной корочки.
- Шампиньоны вымыть и нашинковать пластинками.
- На другой сковородке обжарить до золотистого цвета вторую половину луковицы и добавить к ней нарезанные шампиньоны. Обжаривать до "румяности" грибов.
- Затем обжаренные тефтели переложить к грибам, влить бульон, довести до кипения и, уменьшив огонь, тушить пол-часа. Не забывайте помешивать!
- Готовые тефтели выложить в порционные тарелки и подавать к столу с гарниром. Приятного аппетита!
